The realistic eye designs in our Special bird series are copied from those of real birds and would become a great option for your next taxidermy creation. The Hawfinch 2 eye is yet another perfect hawfinch model in our enhanced Birds / Special line. Having a large black pupil with a blurred edge and a pale gray iris, this eye is filled with fine details. Our eyes are cast from polyether resins (similar to acrylic) using our own patented technology that ensures extreme hardness, chemical stability, and heat resistance. The eyes can be dry-cleaned, treated with organic solvents, and heated to 130 degrees Celsius (about 260 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes.
