Payment

We accept all major credit cards via our payment partner WEBPAY. You will enter your credit card details on WEBPAY's secure payment page, where they will be encrypted using bank-grade technology. We don't have access to your credit card details.

Production and shipping

Your order will be shipped within 10 working days after receipt of payment. We ship worldwide using both regular mail and EMS express mail (with tracking). Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Upon shipment of your order you will receive a notification with the tracking number of your parcel. You can track the parcel on https://www.track-trace.com/post or via your local mail service.

Returns and Refunds

If you received damaged or wrong products, please let us know immediately via email. We will help you send the products back to us and compensate the cost of return shipment. The products should be shipped back within 14 days after receipt of your order. Once we receive the damaged goods, we will send a replacement as soon as possible and for free.
