The well-defined eye patterns of our bird eyes for taxidermy are always taken from those of real birds. They would become a good choice for your next taxidermy mounts. Our Black-Throated Loon model is one of over 200 perfect reproductions in our extensive range of Special bird eyes. The eye features a tiny round pupil of black color and a textured wine-red iris. The eyes are cast from polymer materials (similar to acrylic). They can be dry-cleaned, treated with most organic solvents, and heated to 130 degrees Celsius (about 260 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes.
