Each our Special bird eye is made with the utmost accuracy. The realistic eye designs, copied from the photos of real birds, would be an excellent choice for your next taxidermy mount. The Great Bustard 1 is the first version of this species’ eyes in our enhanced Special line. The eye features a large black pupil and an intense yellow iris blending into dark towards the edge. Our eyes are cast from polyether materials using our own patented technology that gives them extreme hardness, chemical stability, and heat resistance. The eyes can be dry-cleaned, treated with most organic solvents, and heated to 130 degrees Celsius (about 260 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes.
